Delivery
We deliver to most SYDNEY areas on Saturday mornings between 9am-12pm. Cost is based on destination ($12-$30 approx). Weekday deliveries can also be arranged by courier at current courier charges (POA).
Please choose if you would prefer to pick-up your cake from our Sylvania Heights outlet or have us deliver it.

Transporting the cakes
The cakes are packed in a sturdy cake box. To insulate them for transport, bring a thick towel or car rug. This will give you about 20-30 minutes travel time. For longer journeys, or to give that little extra comfort factor, we would recommend purchasing a polystyrene box from us which will keep your cake frozen for up to 3 hours.
Order time
3-4 days' notice is preferable to ensure the cake of your choice. However some orders can be completed within 1-2 days. We also carry a few cakes in stock but it is advisable to check, by phone, for current availability.
Designs
We have a large range of designs, many of which can be seen on our products pages. On the order form please enter a short description of the design (if you have seen this on our website you can simply use the title of the photo you saw). The 'special instructions' box on the order form can be used to provide a more detailed description if necessary.
Customised designs
We are happy to try and cater for your every wish. If you have a special request that falls outside the range of our standard basic or 3D cakes we will do our best to satisfy. Remember that you can choose flavour, colour, inscription and special dietary needs on all our 3D cakes. Still not good enough? Then see our custom cakes for further information.

Colours
The cakes come in a variety of colours suited to the subject. Remember that with some designs, e.g. Power Rangers, we need to know which one you mean, so please specify this when ordering.
Flavours
Your choice of two from Vanilla, Chocolate, Caramel, Raspberry, Strawberry, Banana, Mango, Mint, Passionfruit, Tia Maria, Vanilla choc-chip, Chocolate choc-chip, Mint Choc-chip, Caramel Swirl, Strawberry Swish, Chocolate Ripple. Decorated In full cream. For a small charge you can have three or more flavours.
Inscription
All our cakes can be ordered with an inscription. You choose what is written - you are only limited by space.
Payment
Easy! You can pay by cash or cheque on delivery or when picking up your order. Also Bankcard, MasterCard or Visa are accepted over the phone prior to delivery.
Actual cake size
This depends on the cake design, but most cakes are set on a 38cm x 33cm (15" x 13") silver cake board and packed in a 38cm x 33cm x 10cm (15" x 13" x 4") box. If you have a narrow freezer the board can be cut down to fit without affecting the cake (depending on the design).
Dolly Varden style cakes are on a 30cm (12") round board and packed in a 30cm x 30cm x 18cm (12" x 12" x 7") box.
Storage and Serving
Cakes must be stored in the freezer.
Take your cake from the freezer about 15 minutes before you are ready to present it. In the time it takes to sing Happy Birthday, blow out the candles and take a few pictures, it will be ready to serve (about 20-30 minutes altogether). If your cake is still a bit hard simply dip your knife in a cup of hot water.
TIP - Your cake will go further and is a lot easier for little ones to manage if you serve it into Ice Cream Cones - adults seem to love it this way too.
Egg or Wheat Products
All the ice cream we use is free of egg products and by-products.
The ice cream's glucose is derived from wheat.
Water, Fresh cream, Sucrose, Milk solids, Glucose (Wheat), Emulsifier (471), Vegetable gums (407a, 410, 412, 415), Flavour, Colour (150), Milk fat (10%)
Low Calorie / Low Fat
We can do low fat or low calorie ice cream at an additional cost.
Magical Mixes
We can add some of your favourite goodies in to the icecream. These are an additional $6.- per mix and you have a choice of: M&Ms, Tim Tams, Maltesers, hundreds and thousands, Oreos, Crunchie, Mint Slice, Wagon Wheels, Kit Kat, Freddo, Smarties, Mini Mallows.
Extras
Many extras can be ordered, including liqueur, use of low-fat ice cream, figurines and edible images. Please ring us for prices, or we will confirm these details when you place your order.
