ICECREAM CAKES REFUND POLICY If
for any reason you are not satisfied with any
purchases you make from this site or from our shop,
simply return your purchase within 14 days for a
full refund - no questions asked. Sorry we cannot
refund freight charges on delivery and return of
goods. GOODS
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT If
your purchase is damaged or spoiled in transit we
will provide you a "no charge"
replacement, freight free. You will need to return
the damaged or spoiled cakes (or fragments which
demonstrate reasonable evidence of damage or
spoilage) to us for assessment. We take all reasonable steps to ensure your cake arrives in excellent condition. We cannot be responsible however for what you do with the cake after you have collected it. We will not therefore offer a refund for any damage or spoilage that takes place once you have collected your cake. METHOD

Icecream Cakes will refund to your credit or debit
card, or we can post a cheque. HOW
TO MAKE A RETURN To
return one of our cakes all we ask is that you print
and fill in the Returns Form below, and return the
cake in its original condition with its packaging.
We will also need a copy of your order confirmation
